If you are thinking about Suicide...Read this first.

If you are feeling suicidal now, please stop long enough to read this. It will only take about five minutes. I do not want to talk you out of your bad feelings. I am not a therapist or other mental health professional - only someone who knows what it is like to be in pain.

(Pips Project would like to thank Newington Football club who are doing their part in promoting awareness of suicide by wearing our logos on their football kits)

Newington FC (Belfast & District League)

Paddy Duffy (Manager)

Barry O’Reilly (Asst Manager)

The team are delighted with their new kit (as you can see from the picture) and being a group of lads from the local community, we are equally as proud with the connection that we now have with Pips Project which continues to provide invaluable advise and support to our community.

We have won our first two games of the season (which makes a good change from last season) so maybe Pips will bring us a bit more luck on the football field.
